We are looking for more warehouse workers in spring 2026 – Inbound & packing | Start Immediately | Malmö (Jägersro)

Hill Ceramic finished 2025 strong and continues to grow. To meet increased volumes and higher demands for precision, we are now strengthening the team in inbound and order packing.

Small mistakes can have big consequences – therefore we are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and takes responsibility all the way.

The first recruitment round has been completed. Now we are looking for additional warehouse workers for our warehouse in Malmö (Jägersro).

About the position

You will work with both inbound and packing at a pace where quality always comes before speed. The tasks include, among others:

• Inbound, inspection, and registration of goods
• 
  
• Order picking and packing of tiles, ceramics, bathrooms, lighting, etc.
• 
  
• Forklift driving (B1)
• 
  
• Deliveries to customers in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway
• 
  
• Contributing to order, structure, and improved routines in the warehouse
• 
  

You will be part of a team with high responsibility and clear processes.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in warehouse work, logistics, or order management
• Has a forklift license B1 (requirement)
• Is very meticulous and quality-conscious
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Is punctual, cooperative, and takes personal responsibility
• Is in good physical shape, heavy lifting is part of your job
• Understands that correct handling is crucial for customer satisfaction and profitability

Working hours & conditions

• Full-time

• Start: Immediately/April

• Working hours:
• Monday–Thursday 07.00–16.00
• 
  
• Friday 07.00–15.00
• Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
• 
  
• Workplace: Malmö, Jägersro
